  I need to speak with someone about our website details. It says we owe a $116 fine. I need someone to explain this to me.

  @oxfordadvocacy it looks like you had a renewal for an upgrade, then contacted your bank to tell them the charge was fraudulent.

  If you’ll close the chargeback with the bank, that should remove the chargeback fee. We can then refund the original charge if you didn’t intend to renew. We’ll want to work quickly though.

  Please confirm whether you intended to keep the site.
