    is there someone I can talk to on the phone regarding an account that I have set up but have not begun to use yet. please help.

    WordPress.com does not provide phone support. However, most questions can be answered on the community support forums or, if you have a paid upgrade, via email or chat.

    If you explain what the situation regarding your account is, either myself (a volunteer) or an employee can help you or direct you to the right place.
