Talking about illegal activity on a WP.com blog?

    Hi all, love WP.com, but just had a question.

    I have read the Terms of Service at http://en.wordpress.com/tos/ but wanted to ask on here to clarify.

    I wanted to know if there is any problem with talking about having committed minor offenses or crimes on a blog, in a memoir type of post.

    I don’t mean anything like advocating a crime or anything seriously illegal.

    As an example, if I talked about using a radar detector which is illegal in some places, am I OK to post such a memoir, or is that against the ToS and would possibly result in account deletion/suspension?

    I really can’t find anything about this specifically in the ToS, so any insight is welcome.

    You need to talk with staff directly about that. Has the statute of limitations run out? I’ve heard of cases where people have written about illegal activities they were involved in and then gotten arrested based on what they wrote in the internet.
