    The squid girl, acts as a navigation assistant for this website!
    It’s almost similar to the Microsoft Word talking paperclip assistant.

    I thought it would be fun and interesting to integrate something like this into my website, one of my comicbook characters speaking about new updates and what not.

    As of today, I haven’t the slightest idea in HTML or CSS terms, what a hovering image that you can freely drag and drop and interact with is called. Any keywords you can throw out that will lead me to finding a currently existing plugin or the right codes will be a huge help!

    All I really care about is being able to have an image/gif my visitors can freely move around their screen.
