Talking to WordPress

  How do I get actual help from this company??? I called but had to leave a voicemail. I need to speak with a human (which WordPress advertises they have over 300 professionals available 24/7 yet I can’t figure out how to talk to one)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We do not currently offer phone support, because many of the issues we discuss require frequent reference to web links and code. That is much easier to do using written forms of communication like live chat and email.
