  Also, is it possible you need to be logged in with a different username account to the one you are posting from here in the forums? If you have any paid plan, you can also receive support by LiveChat and email as long as you are logged in with that account.

  @justjennifer is correct — tampapalmsturf.com is owned by another account so you will need to log out of kktampapalms and log back in as tampapalms.

  You should then see the option to renew the domain from the Manage Purchases page in that account.
