  Is it possible to make TAP STOPPS in the wordpress.com texteditor?
  or is there anything else that enables me to start the second part of a phrase at the same position.

  There is no way to add tab stops to the WordPress.com editor. Is there something specific you’re trying to format that you’re having difficulty with?
