Tapatalk plugin

  When looking at WordPress.org, it talks of a tapatalk plugin, but I cannot figure out how to turn this plugin on in my blog. In reading the page about it, it does appear that it’s only for mobile devices. This would be a great addition to any blog in connecting to more readers. Please add, tapatalk.com!
