  I am finding the Tapestry theme what I desire for my appearance. How can I get it changed over to Linen? Is it possible to get refunds?

  Your theme is a premium theme and when you purchased it what came with that purchase was support directly from the theme designer. Go here > Appearance > Themes and click the link you find there to the Premium Themes Forum please.
