    Hi,

    I am looking to set-up my old website (DOMAINNAME.COM) in my new wordpress account. This website is currently being hosted elsewhere and I have the files and database with me (tar.gz and sql.tar.gz). I would like to import these into my temporary website domain I have in this account (https://testXYZ.wordpress.com/). Then, convert this temporary domain into the domain I own (DOMAINNAME.COM). This would be the ideal situation as it would avoid any downtime.

    How can I do this?

    I have researched a bit online and noticed that there is a chance of needing a 3rd party to host the website (E.g Bluehost). I am willing to set-up an account with Bluehost to make this possible. If required, what would be the process for this as well?
