Target My Blog To Other Countries

  Hello I live in Asia. My blog seems to reach only people in my own country, as I checked the Stats page and found it so by geographical locations of my blog views.
  If I wanted to target people in America to read my blog, which buttons do I have to press to make that possible, or is it not possible at all?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
