Tarski Custom Image Header
-
Hi all – Does anyone know how to change the current caption (“Header image”) on my Tarski Custom Image Header? Feedback appreciated!

Yes, I have a “custom” header image in Tarski. Do you know if there’s a way to change the caption on the image (the caption that you see when you scroll over it)? Right now it says “Header image” when I scroll over it and I was wondering if it was possible to change that. Thanks much!

I see that now. Go to your media library, click to edit that image. In the box for caption, it probably says ‘header image’ Delete the words or replace them with whatever you’d like.

Interesting – The header image in not included in my media library (which is tiny)….hmmmm.
Any other recommendations?

Manage>Media Library. Is that how you got there? Header images are in mine, in both a test blog and a public one (which happens to use Tarski).
All I can think of it to switch the header again. Go back to the original. Save it. Then change again and save. I don’t know why that text (which displays what’s in the caption field or, in the html view, the alt tag) is even there.

Yep, that’s how I got there…and all my other images were there. Strange huh?
Guess I will have to try to re-do the upload. Though I still wonder how the image header can even show up on my blog if it’s not in the library. Hmmm.
Thanks again!
