Tarsky template hides widget
-
Hi.
Since a few days my tarsky template does not show any widget in the “homepage”, but shows a smiley instead. If I click on a single post, thoough, all widget will be shown properly. I have tried to change template, but other templates give me the same problem. What has happened? How can I solve it?Thanks for helping!

Which browser are you using? I pulled up Tarski and did notice a couple widgets missing if I pulled up Tarski in the newest version of Firefox. It was fine in IE7

Oh – Your widgets aren’t missing – your sidebar has moved to the bottom of the page – You have a very large photo towards the top of your blog – try resizing it (smaller) in order to fix it.

even if… I resized the only photo but problem is still there. And the youtube did not give problem earlier…

Go down to the next one as well since that is large too at the post “Ain’t it just like the night to play tricks” and reset this to be a smaller image.

you can also set your blog to display only one post (options > reading) and go through your posts one at a time till you find the one that is causing the problem. (thanks to sacred path for that tip!)

Set your blog to display only one post per page (options > reading) and then go through them one at a time to determine which post or posts are causing the problems.
According to the W3C validator, you have 18 errors on your main page including some open tags which need to be fixed.
