@shubhamgmath The poster used the form in their dashboard (note the “wpcomhelp” tag) and because they don’t have any paid upgrade, their “question” was routed to the community forums. When there is no support issue involved, you can tag the thread “no support issue here” and/or reply with basic get-started information to help them along.
