Tax Exempt Purchase

    We were charged sales tax for Jetpack Social. We are tax exempt. How do I submit documentation for next time? This is frustrating. The directions on the account page create a loop. ‘If you have a valid tax exemption that you wish to apply to your WordPress.com purchases, you can contact us to submit your documentation.’
