  Hello, I am setting up this site for my institution, which is tax-exempt. How can I ensure tax exempt status when I pay for Personal plan?

  Are you based in the EU? We can provide you with a VAT receipt if you are, but we’ll need a valid VAT number to do that. Please confirm, and then I’ll send you an email with more detailed instructions.
