Hey there,
Can you tell us the URL of the site you need help with renewing?
The reason why I ask is because I can’t see an active purchase on this account.
-
That is because I havent purchased because I cant get an answer about why you are charging tax on a nonprofit account. As soon as I can get an answer and have tax amount taken off amount due, we can be in business!
-
If you’re looking to make a purchase, please upload your documentation to your site’s Media Library and we’ll take a closer look.
Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
Thanks!

It is now uploaded. As you can see, we are a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization… when I go to purchase the Business Plan, it charges Tax… This is way harder than it should be for a company that has info for Non Profits!
-
We don’t often have nonprofits making purchases, so the process is a manual one and that is why you won’t see that tax-exempt status by simply adding the documentation to your media library. We have to verify the document is valid before we can set your account to be tax-exempt.
Now that the document has been verified, I set your account tax-exempt. Note that you must retain that PDF of your tax-exempt status in your Media Library and to notify us if your documentation changes.
I hope that helps!
