Tax-Exempt Status

    I wish to have a tax-exempt status added to my account so that I can pay for an upgrade to a Business plan. I was told to email help@wordpress.com. Which I did with the proper documentation, but I only received an automatic reply telling me that a free account doesn’t qualify for email support.
