Tax Exempted Purchase

    I am trying to upgrade our previously purchased domain/site to a business plan (three years). We are a police department with tax exempt status. I have the form that was sent from support as well as the PO, but I need to know how to get the total correct before purchasing. It has to match for our payment process to work. I have used Chat and emailed Support, but no answer yet. Thank you in advance.
