  We are an organization based out of a public university, making us a tax exempt customer. Where do we submit our tax exempt documentation?

  Hi there!

  I see that we sent you an email yesterday as a follow-up. Could you check your inbox and send us the tax-exempt certificates in reply to the email?

  We’ll then take care of the rest so that you aren’t charged a sales tax on your WordPress.com account.
