  My coworker and I both work for a university. He works in a lab as research staff; whereas I work in our business office. I’d like to handle this issue for him, if possible. Is there any way that I could submit the proper documentation on his behalf? I have the receipt from his transaction with the payment method, receipt and transaction ID.
