Tax-exemption request

I am trying to upgrade to a paid plan, but my institution is tax-exempt and I need the exemption processed before I can complete the upgrade. Each time I attempt to request assistance, the AI support bot directs me to human support, but only paid plan users can access that. This creates a catch-22 where I cannot upgrade without the exemption, but also cannot submit the exemption without upgrading.
I have all of the necessary tax-exemption documentation ready and would appreciate guidance on how to proceed, or how I can provide these documents for review.

You can send proof of your tax exemption to help@wordpress.com to assist with your request. Please make sure you use the registered email linked to your WordPress.com account. Your proof of tax exemption should include the following:
- Name of your exempt organization.
- Your tax exemption documentation.
- Any additional information required by your government.
