tax not included in price on shop page

    I’ve selected ‘Display prices in the shop and display prices during cart and checkout’ – Including tax. But when I go on to my site the prices are shown with tax excluded. when I refresh the page or move between pages sometimes it shows prices including tax. Can anyone help? – I made these changes a few days ago so it cant be a propagation issue?
