tax rate not showing in woocommerce

  Hello,
  I installed woocommerce on my website since last week, but I stell have a problem with tax rates, its not showing in cart.

  I tried the most topics after search, by delete table from phpmyadmin and add it again, but thats not worked for me.

  tried also to change the setting and desable all plugins or use another theme, that also not worked for me.

  what can I so do??
