Taxonomy order for a post

  We need to define an order for the taxonomies that are associated to a given post, instead of the default alphabetical.

  Is this possible?

  There are several third-party plugins available that can help you with taxonomy order. Here are a few I was able to find:

  We did not create the plugin, so we cannot attest to its quality, but it may be worth trying out and seeing if it fits the need that you have.

  Is your site hosted with us here at WordPress.com? if so, you will need a plugin-enabled Plan to install plugins on your WordPress.com site, and I highly recommend the Business Plan.   Thank you for your reply.

  Unfortunately these plugins don’t seem to fit our needs.

  They manage the order within the taxonomy list in the settings, however what we need is the order of the taxonomies at post level.

  We found https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-terms-order/ but the interface does not look self-explanatory :-)

  That’s a good plan. Write back if you need further help getting the business plan added to the account. You’ll need that in order to try any of these plugins.
