Teach us how to create a compatible embed code
-
Hi, I’m the co founder a of an on line video creation platform which embed code doesn’t seem to work in wordpress.com websites (but it does in wordpress.org)
So, when a user paste our embed code in his webpage it’s shown, but after publishing, it is transformed in a regular url link instead of showing the video. For instance, this original embed code:
<iframe frameborder=’no’ width=’960′ height=’540′ src=’https://www.wideo.co/embed/756721472668162145?width=960&height=540&repeat=true&autoplay=true’></iframe>Is transformed by wordpress in:
https://www.wideo.co/embed/756721472668162145?width=960&height=540&repeat=true&autoplay=trueI know wordpress doesn’t allow iframe, but I see a list of providers which can embed there with just an url, without making the user install a plug in. I would like to know if you can help us to see what we should modify or develop to change embed code and allow our users to embed their videos in WordPress websites. This is one of the main things our users are claiming us ‘my wideo.co videos doesn’t work embedded in wordpress)
(like animoto or flickr)Looking forward for any help
Thank you very muchThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
