Teacher teaching wordpress and blogging
-
I teach blogging every term, and I like to teach from the very beginning – getting the free account, signing in, and starting their blog. I only have so many emails though!! Is there any way I can get a ‘reusable’ account that I can use every term to show my students from the get-go how to sign up?

Hi @farrpamela! Have you thought about using a gmail alias? Instead of using this:
(email visible only to moderators and staff)Use this:
(email visible only to moderators and staff)You can make that +1, +whatever, +doesnotmatter … whatever letters or numbers make the most sense to you. Gmail will ignore the plus sign and anything after it. But we won’t, so it’s in effect a second email account that delivers to the same address.
So
(email visible only to moderators and staff)would work just fine. Also you can delete it when you’re done if you’d like.Want to give that a try?

A couple other thoughts: if you’re having students sign up in class:
– Be sure they’re at least 13 to use our service
– Check in with us about a week in advance so we can be ready for signups from your location (so you don’t get limited) or, have them sign up as homework.
Hoping that helps!
