Tech Problem: Can't Upload Pics With Correct Ratio

  I have an image which is 1:1 ratio in a circle. But when I upload it, it becomes 495×330: https://tutonisk.files.wordpress.com/2015/05/picture1.png

  Why is this happening?

  I hope somebody can help me; I’m going mad!
