tech problem–reader gets error message about site

    I got this note from a reader. She said her tech people say it’s coming from my site and not her computer. Below is part of her note. I don’t know what to do. Can you help? One thing is that I’m working on an old laptop and an older version of Safari, if that might have something to do with it.
