    Aloha.. Just wondering how I get the wp-content and dump of my DB? Do I have access? Is this only if upgrade, or do I need to contact someone? Thanx..

    You do not have access to the underlying wordpress.COM directories, or to the database – upgrade or not.

    WordPress.COM is a multi-user platform which means everyone shares the underlying wordpress and theme files.

    If you are wanting to backup your blog, use the export feature under tools.
