  I have a WordPress site, hosted on Namescheap, is anyone available for tech support or is this by paid subscription?

  There’s lots of support here at WordPress.com with a paid plan. Alas if your site isn’t hosted here so you don’t qualify for support. If Namecheap don’t offer support then your only option is to register an account at the .org forum where volunteers may be able to assist you with any issues you face:
