So I’ve been having so much problem of getting someone to tell me what is currently going on with my website I had purchased the SEO I have bought my domain name I tried to transfer it I got canceled I don’t know what happened that I had two accounts under different emails because my original account with my website I don’t even know if that’s the one that I delete it I’m soFrustrated because I’ve been trying to get help and it seems like no one is responding back and I am most definitely money I’m losing customers I’m not meeting the deadline so it has been a horrible experience then I receive the email stating that they noticed that I needed a SSL Certificate so my customers cut with a secure website without any thing happening to your personal information and we all know everyone
Nixta so as of right now I invested all my savings into getting the website I am a single parent of three kids under 10 I sacrificed so much where is cava express how much so I can secure my kids future so with that being said I am very very very frustrated and I just hope and pray that someone can contact me and let me know what do I need to do now who had the website sit here and up and running for my customers to purchase with a secure website and will be able to receive their shipments on time is there anyone in the corporate that can give me a callTo help me I don’t know what to do now I’m doing this all by myself thank you God bless -

Can you tell us the URL of the site you need help with?
We sell neither SEO nor SSL certificates on WordPress.com, as both those features are included by default and for free, so it sounds like you might be using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. If that’s the case, you need to contact support at your hosting provider directly. We can only help with sites hosted on our servers, like the free site you have under this account, https://pinkpineboutique.wordpress.com/

I see you bought a domain transfer upgrade from us on 6 January for the domain, pinkpineboutique.com, and cancelled it again on the same day.
If that’s the site you need help with, then you’re definitely using the open source version of WordPress – that domain is hosted at GoDaddy.com, so you need to contact them for any issues related to your domain, hosting, or SSL.
