Tech support can't log in to my dashboard

  Hi,
  I have two sites that currently need help with tech support. One is an issue with a contact form and the other is an issue with a search form.

  I have given the log in details of both wordpress accounts to two different companies that run these plugins. However neither of them have been able to log in with the credentials I gave them.

  The log in information is correct as I use these details on a daily basis to log in to these sites.

  Has anyone any ideas?

  What are the site addresses? You are posting in the WordPress.com support forum and staff can only assist with sites hosted here. To install plugins here would require the Business plan, which would also include live chat support. If your sites are hosted elsewhere then https://wordpress.org/support/ is the place you need to be.
