  I need to contact tech support for my business plan. Cant seem to find contact no even though I have a year support

  This would be a good thread to add the modlook tag on to. Likely the user is just signed in to the wrong account, which is why they aren’t getting the proper support option. Staff can see the user account to make such a determination.
