    Tech support of wordpress reactivated the my account and im almost lost the chance to get my domain back.

    This is why absolutely no worth having wordpress taking care of your domain.

    Tech support has no clue of how to help.

    never again…ill u se wix or squarespace

    You created your first topic only 20 minutes ago. You are on a forum not a support desk, so you get answered by one of the many volunteers.

    If you would be logged in to the account owning that paid plan, you would get help according to your paid plan. Now you just must wait untill a Staff member is available … If you had healthy patience instead of deleting your site and account …

    @staartmees had you added the tag for Staff assistance? It’s not there as of my post.

    @imperfectlabgd If you are still interested in pursuing this, let us know. Your deleted account and site can be recovered within 30 days of deletion. After that, the info is purged and can’t be recovered.
