  any changes made in dashboard take me to 404 page
  Updating plugins takes me to the 404 page, deleteing spam comments takes me to the 404 page….

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  But your statement here makes me wonder if you are asking about a self-hosted site on WordPress.ORG:

  If so, then you will have to find support over at wp.ORG:
  http://wordpress.org/support/

  Just to be clear, perhaps you don’t mean “plugins,” but if you do then you need to know that we cannot use plugins on WordPress.com:
