Technical Difficulties

Hi! I’ve received two emails from WP that my site is having technical issues. I’ve tried contacting to get it fixed but haven’t heard anything since yesterday. I was just wondering if you all received my request for help and what the status is? We are trying to sell tickets to our events but our customers cannot access the website since it is down.

Hey there! I’m guessing the emails came from your own DIY WordPress installation, as the site you listed isn’t using our services. So when you replied, they probably didn’t go anywhere as you’re the site administrator.
I do see you’ve got a Critical Error, though. Can you contact your host (GoDaddy) for help with this guide to troubleshooting common WordPress errors? This general troubleshooting guide may help too.Going forward, these forums are for the free-tier sites hosted here on our servers.
