Technical Difficulties during restoration w/ UpdraftPlus

Installed the UpdraftPlus backup plug in. At first it would not backup to the Google Dropbox I set it up to. I then reinstalled the plugin without syncing it to any google account and it was able to successfully backup the website. Before making any changes to the website I wanted to run a test restoration and it will not restore. Error code states “technical difficulties”

That would be regarding a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
