  Hi there,

  If you have a plan that offers Live Chat support, that will be your best bet in getting CSS/theme support.

  If you don’t have that, then I don’t believe you can customize the CSS, as it also requires a Premium plan or higher.

  Hi @mastermyndpro,

  If you’re looking for more granular control over your theme’s appearance, you might want to consider switch to a theme that uses full site editing (FSE), such as Twenty Twenty Two. You can then modify your templates by going to Appearance → Editor.
