  Hi there!

  Where exactly did you get that error? Could you also share the URL of the site you are having problems with, so we can point you in the right direction?

  It would seem it may be a problem presented on WordPress.org installations, and this forum is for sites hosted here at WordPress.com which are very different (differences .org vs .com).
  We can check if you are in the right place with the site address you need help with.

  Looking at your account, you have no sites listed. Do you perhaps have another WordPress.com account, and could you please share your site URL?
