  Can help to check the hosting if any blocking/filtering towards my office internet static IP?

  Our options to check for any blockers are limited, despite the fact that I can see your site is up and running for me.
  Your IT department may be able to help you with this.

  Also, I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

  This means that to check for IP blocker, have to get my office IT to check, correct?
