  when we will upload the image then wordpress add 4 to 5 versions based on the sizes. The question is how I add add alt tags on all these versions images.

  To add to what staartmees mentioned, as long as you’ve added the image information such as alt text and description/caption etc to the image that you upload, then that will also apply to the different resolutions/versions. There’s some information about that in our Media Library guide.
