Technical Issue on site, but I cannot get to the dashboard

    I received an email saying “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue.” It gives me a link to the page in which the issue is shown, https://mtnbows.com/wp-login.php in which I cannot login by either using my login or trying to login via wordpress.

    So, how do I get to my dashboard so I can try to fix things? Below are the specific errors, which I haven’t even looked into yet as I am just so frustrated at not knowing where to go to start attempting to fix. (The last time I had a huge issue like this, the website fixed itself with an update by the next day… any chance the same thing will happen this time?)

    Also, in case it is not completely apparent, my issue is obviously with woocommerce’s variable pricing.

    Hi there,

    Variable pricing is a built-in feature of the core WooCommerce plugin.

    Those error messages indicate the problem is with a separate plugin, advanced-dynamic-pricing-for-woocommerce. Most likely a file in that plugin was corrupted during an update. That plugin is not made by WooCommerce, but is a third-party add-on:

    Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce

    If the login link your site emailed to you doesn’t work, the other methods to fix this is to manually disable the plugin via PHPMyAdmin, or to delete the folder for that plugin via FTP at your hosting provider, and then reinstalling a new copy of that plugin. Please contact your hosting provider directly for help with FTP and database access.

    Note that the forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, and we’re not the same thing as the open source WordPress software you’re using.

    I knew this site looked different than normal. So sorry!

    Thank you so much for your help, though. I deleted the plug-in and everything is back to normal!
