Technical Issue with ‘Molongui Authorship Pro’ Plugin

I am reaching out to follow up on an ongoing issue I have been experiencing through the ‘Molongui Authorship Pro’ Plugin.
When I log into WordPress, I click on the far left menu bar >Molongui>Plugins. At the top of my screen, then it reads, ‘Molongui Authorship Pro is not working because you are using an old version of Molongui Authorship plugin. Please update it to the latest.’ However, after clicking ‘Update Authorship Now’ I receive a message stating, ‘The plugin is at the latest version.’ I’m not sure how to troubleshoot this issue that is notifying me I need an updated version of the plugin followed by a notification stating that I have already updated to the latest version.
Please provide any advice that could help resolve this issue. I appreciate your support.

I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because your site is not with WordPress.com managed hosting. As such, we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Instead, your host uses open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from what we offer here on WordPress.com.
