Technical problem since purchasing the premium plan.

    The connection module between the blog and Facebook via Jetpak is not good. The pictures in the article are no longer taken over on the Facebook post. In Facebook, only the title appears and that’s it. And in X I have the same problem, even worse because only the link appears, not even the writing with the title of the article. I talked to the blog’s AI support and he doesn’t know, he says there’s a problem. I don’t know where to turn. I posted here in the hope that someone from WordPress will notice. I’m very disappointed, I paid premium and now many things don’t work as they should. I was told that I have more Pieces but I don’t have them, they’re all the ones I had for free, some much weaker than they were 5 years ago. Back then I had Follow Blog via Email, today I don’t even have it with premium. In Categories I had displayed the number of articles per category, today I don’t have them anymore. The HTML piece and it doesn’t want to take over almost anything. I want a real-time visitor widget, but it doesn’t load it. I can’t install the plugin because it doesn’t exist even though I have the premium theme. Where is it? The Facebook module isn’t what it was a few years ago either. It doesn’t show the picture from the Facebook page anymore, just a text. The X module doesn’t exist anymore, I have to post it manually in X, for each article. I thought that if I pay premium I would have these features, but I don’t have them, even though they say you get much more than for free.
