  I keep getting a login screen that will not let me get to my blogs dashboard. I have been through and deleted cookies and history. Plus a restart on the computer but this still keeps happening. Please help.

  Could you walk me through the steps you’re taking, and describe what exactly happens when you log in to your dashboard?

  When I log into my dashboard, it takes me to the global dashboard. Once I am there, I try to go to a specific blog, stats, or blog dashboard and it prompts me to log in again. Once I try to log in again, it just keeps going back to the log in screen again.

  I’d like to rue-out a browser-specific issue.

  Do you have any trouble with Chrome or Firefox?

  Well I downloaded Chrome and I had no problems moving around. Should I delete and reinstall explorer?

  I’m glad to hear it’s working in Chrome.

  If you’d like to continue using Explorer, though, can you make sure that you have cookies enabled on Internet Explorer?

  Then you’re definitely having a problem with your browser or network.

  Can you please try resetting your router and modem, then clear your browser’s cookies and cache?
