  Why is there not a person with whom we can speak directly?

  I’ve launched my site and now I can not make any changes to it. Why not?

  Sharing the URL of your site may help us fix the problem. Also give details about what exactly is happening — do you mean that when you go to My Sites, your website doesn’t appear at all? Or that when you try to edit/update a page or post, it doesn’t let you?
