Technical support for a website

    Hello,

    That is my page: https://www.marencosmetics.de
    my problem is that I can not edit the start page with the back end editor. I can edit any other of my pages but not the start page anymore. I use different plug-ins for creating the page. For example to create the pages without html coding I used wpbakery. And there is another technical fault in my page. A few buttons for example the social media buttons are not showing the normal symbols. There is often a box and not the the real symbol. Also at other functions. What can I do to fix the problems and who can help me with it? Is it a question for the developers from the plug-Ins? Or can you help me directly with it?
    It is ver important for me, because X-mas business is coming.

    I just checked your website (https://www.marencosmetics.de). It appears that site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress hosted at a separate hosting service.

    This forum is exclusively for the sites hosted at WordPress.com.

    Hence, for your specific issue, it would be better to ask for support in the WordPress.org Support Forums.

    Few Pointers to your issue:

    You mentioned that you used plugins (Page Builder Wp Bakery) to create the home page. Hence, it might be an issue with the plugin compatibility with your current WordPress.org theme you are using. So, it would be easier for you to connect with the Plugin creator to discuss and resolve the problem by removing the compatibility issues.

    Sometimes, few plugins also conflict with each other. So you may try deactivating the page builder plugin and check if you are able to access the default front page. In either case, you need to contact the plugin company customer support.
