Technical support for ‘unsafe blog’

    Readers are getting the message that the site is unsafe and they should not open the blog. I find the forums unhelpful because I do not understand the technical language used. The message says ‘This website may be impersonating ‘kffarmmusings.com’ to steal your personal or financial information. You should close this page.’ Not very inviting, that’s for sure.
    Can someone speak very simply about what I might do?

    Hi there, http://kffarmmusings.com/ is hosted with Bluehost and not with us here on WordPress.com.

    The most likely reason for this error is that you are sharing your site with https:// and not http:// however, you’ll want to check with Bluehost’s support team about this and possibly obtain an SSL certificate for your site. Most websites today have such a certificate and you can obtain one for free through Let’s Encrypt.

    If your web hosting provider says this is a WordPress problem, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

    I contacted Bluehost and they were helpful. I don’t know yet whether the problem is resolved, but I am hopeful.
