Technophobe needs help; will pay for a housecall; in NYC

I am new to wordpress, and I am baffled by many of the features and have a zillion questions. I live in New York City, midtown to be precise. I will pay for a housecall.
Among other things, I get e mails which inform me that certain people like my posts. I cannot figure out how to contact them, let alone find their comments.
To expedite matters, send an e mail to (email visible only to moderators and staff).
In the subject, please write “word press help”
Again, I am in NYC, and I prefer a housecall, so be in the Metro area.

The Likes will show up on your blog itself, on the individual blog posts. If you are looking at your blog from the front page, you will also see a little “bubble” that is normally grey, but has turned orange; this is in the dark grey Admin bar at the very top of the page. Click on that bubble and all the Likes etc will pop up.
